WHAT TO EXPECT

Just provide us with your clients’ contact information (name, phone number, email) along with the address they need inspected and we’ll take care of the rest. We will promptly reach out to the client to introduce ourselves, cover the details, and schedule a time/date for the inspection that works best for them. For clients that are out of town, we can even take payment over the phone and have paperwork signed digitally via dotloop (digital signing/sharing software).

We work with our clients to schedule our inspections as soon as possible. We accept cash, check, or debit/credit card and payment are due the day of the inspection. We provide cost-effective digital reports (with pictures and notes) that are easy to understand. Our reports are available within 24hrs of the inspection and we and we deliver our reports directly to you and the client via email. Hard copies of the report are also available upon request, for an additional charge.
